It depends on what I'm writing! Sometimes I like to be around other people in a coffee shop while other times I prefer a quiet spot, preferably outdoors. But no matter the location, I'm most inspired by instrumental music to match the genre I'm writing.

When I inform people that I'm an autobiographical ghostwriter, I'm often told "I'd love to write my own life story but I don't know where to start" or "No one would find my story interesting." I heard these and similar phrases so often that I decided to write a book to teach people that their stories ARE important and to offer a simple method of writing it. Hence, The One-Year Collection of Weekly Writing Prompts: Write Your Life Story, One Question at a Time was born.
