Dalene Bickel I vent my frustration by getting some exercise and then writing about whatever comes to the top of my mind, even if it has nothing at all to do with my manuscript. After a few minutes of free writing, I can usually transition into my book.

I heard these and similar phrases so often that I decided to write a book to teach people that their stories ARE important and to offer a simple method of writing it.
