How do you get inspired to write?
Michael Dodd I find the starting point for most of my novels in events or places from my own life experience. I am fortunate to have lived and worked in a wide variety of places.

Michael Dodd I am in the beginning stages of a novel/mystery set in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin. The characters are members of a small convent and residents of an adjacent gated community.
