I'm going to cheat a little bit here, but it will make sense in a moment. While the heart of the question is about things specifically in my daily life that I can't answer, mysteries of the broader world are also part of my life. From the truth about aliens to the question about Bigfoot's existence, I love the grand folktales and fables that have become part of my culture and various cultures throughout the world.
While I don't exactly go out to see if Bigfoot is real and I have yet to go boating on Loch Ness, that doesn't mean they aren't part of my life in some way.
So to answer the question-I can't answer whether or not aliens are real, Bigfoot is real, the Loch Ness monster is real, and likely neither will you. But you and I can both think about those things and be affected by them personally.
While it might not be the plot for an entire book, I like to explore how people perceive and interact with the mysteries of nature on a personal level. Characters in my stories have and will to varying degrees be interested or obsessed with the mysteries around them, and that will shape future books and works.
A plot is shaped by the characters in a story, and those characters are shaped by thy mysteries around them. I love exploring what people believe and what their personal mysteries are and how it affects their behavior. So while it might not be a personal mystery as such, the mysteries of life I find interesting are subjects my characters explore, and those mysteries help shape plots of all my stories.

Inspiration is a gift to the observant. Throughout my life I have had three primary sources of inspriation-books, video games, and life itself. Life-yeah, that's rather broad, but I mean it very specifically. Listen to conversations around you. Look at how people act. Read billboards and signs for everything from advertisements to garage sales. You can learn more about people, their culture, and their interactions than you might think. And it's all wonderful.
I'm going to be discussing inspiration in upcoming articles as well as videos you can find on Dispariabooks' YouTube channel and Disparia.com. But if you would like to know more before then, please don't hesitate to ask.

The sequel to End of the Past is in the works, I'm always updating and adding to Dispariabooks.com, and the videos and YouTube channel are being developed to help aspiring writers and fans alike.

Beat it into submission with more words. Not everything comes easy. You don't need to love everything you do. Just move forward and try your best, eventually coming back to what caused you the problems.
