Music, having a random plot idea pop into my head or watching other author's content.
Music is great for getting in the zone (ranging from epic instrumentals to lofi hip hop).
The random plot ideas are from when I have a bunch of plot ideas going around and I think about how I connect them, or how can I get the reader to think "omg no way". Then, once I make the connection, writing feels so easy and second nature.
Lastly, I get inspired from other authors. I've always liked writing just never took it beyond saving it on my computer. Then I found author content. So when I see indie authors doing it, it inspires me to keep writing so I can also get to that point.

It kind of just popped in my head. I thought about wouldn't it be funny if there was some evil villain that stole detergent and forced the world into a shortage. Then connected it with another idea I had that tv show/movie filmings were just secret agent training sessions.
