You're never going to think you have all the tools you need, you will constantly compare yourself to others. Do it anyway. Don't get bogged down in the details, show up and write. Even if you only get two words on the page, that's two more words than if you hadn't sat down to write at all.

I have always love mythology. As I have gotten older I realize that there are common threads that run through most of our cultures myths and legends. I wanted to create a story that pulled on those common threads to create a story that presented the idea... what if they were all one mythology? What if they were all one magic system. Of that, The Faete of Magic series began to bloom.
