Write, write, write. Even if it's bad just keep writing. Have other author's critique your work (which I know can be scary). Having someone point out the flaws in your writing style, or holes in your plot can be the best way to grow as an author.

I love finishing a book. It's the culmination of all the long hours and hard work that goes into crafting chapters. Writing "The End" on the very last chapter is so satisfying

When I have writer's block, I'll usually try to do things that inspire me. I'll watch one of my favorite shows, or read a book. Also going on walks outside sometimes gets my brain working again.
