I thought that The God Protocol: Dragon would be a stand-alone novel. One of my brothers convinced me that there were plenty of stories to be told in the world I created. A few weeks later, as I was driving to work, the outline for the second novel started taking shape. I could see the characters and scenes play out. From the second story, I was able to plot out the third, my current WIP, The God Protocol: Judgement.

I have not experienced writer's block. Once I plan to write a novel or short story, I sit down and write up until I hit the word count for the day. I know that some will be cut, and others will be revised. I am more concerned with getting the story down.

Set whatever time you can afford aside and just write whatever you feel like. Setting time aside and setting little goals are more important than what you write.

I have found that driving and listening to music allows my mind to focus on scenes in my stories. By the time I get where I am going, I have visualized the scene and have an idea of how the dialogue will go.
