From working an adoption event for the rescue shelter where I volunteer. There was this dog, Aspen, I couldn't get him out of my mind, I wanted so bad to help him. I dedicated the book to him. Sniffing out Murder. Even posted his real pic. He was adopted by a loving family and I had a terrific book. Thanks Aspen or whatever your new name is.
