I got the idea for Fooling Around With Cinderella while visiting a children's fairy tale theme park. I thought it would be fun to write a romantic comedy about a reluctant theme park Cinderella. The whole storyline popped into my head and I had to scribble notes on napkins so I didn't forget anything.

The best thing is sharing my stories with readers. Writing stories is wonderful but that has never been enough for me. I like the reward of knowing that my stories are entertaining others and distracting them from their daily stresses. When someone tells me they enjoyed one of my books, it makes my day!

I actually had quite a long case of writers block recently after going through some stressful months, but I dealt with it by editing the manuscript I was working on as well as reading books about writer's block. I also did some meditating and exercising to clear my mind and allow the ideas to flow again.
