This truly happened to me! I just felt like writing was a chore and wasn't enjoying it, so I stopped. Stepped away and took a break from it and then when i cam back I was refreshed and knew that I was ready to write again.

Plan the journey of the book from the view of the reader. Whats in it for them - bit like sales really.

Book 2 - Following on from making the sale happen I am writing about continuing the relationship - serving your customer (this is a huge problem in the UK) and upselling and the ripple effect of good and bad service.

I think I have written based on the passion I have for the subject and of course busting some myths.

My original idea was to write about my Dragons' Den pitch and the business I took into the den. The journey that followed and how it taught me so much, but it felt more appropriate to cover a subject that I work with now as a sales coach. Plus I have been selling for over 30 years so I have learnt so much. This book has given me the opportunity to tell the story of sales as I see it. I hope you love it!
