What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Sam Barry Always write a little every day. You don't have to be writing a book--it can be a journal, or just notes and observation. Also, attend literary events. Go to bookstores and libraries and expose yourself to something new.

Sam Barry I love being a member of the great community of readers and writers, publishers and bookstores.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Sam Barry I try to relax, do something I enjoy, and not take myself to seriously. Then I come back to my work.
