Well, this question got lost in the shuffle. I'm so sorry, Percy! But yes, all the Samhain books are available on Kindle!

Thanks for this EXCELLENT question. My use of "male" and "male lust" and so forth was a stylistic choice for this world. A way of it feeling different, and of kind of turning gender differences into a more antiseptic thing--precisely because same sex relationships are (mostly) accepted. I wanted to merge the very prim morals of a Victorianesque world with that of our own. As for Alistair as "spinster", that's meant to be humorous. Since this entire world is predicated on kind of...turning traditional historical romances on their head. So you might read a traditional m/f romance where much is made of a WOMAN being a spinster if she'd not married. I'm trying to flip that on its head, humorously pointing out the double standards in our own world. No man is ever deemed a spinster in our traditional historicals, nor were they in that world. But why not? A woman becomes over-the-hill, shelved, and so forth. Alistair's entire journey is about becoming whole, confident and owning his power. The whole spinster thing is a way he derides himself. But he must--and does--come to realize his own tremendous beauty.

I'm so sorry! I just discovered this question. A KING AWAKENED just came out last week. Here's the amazon link: https://amzn.to/2ujLuLR
And A Gentleman Revealed comes out in less than a month! So you'll get to read them!! Thanks for your patience. My daughter is much better now, thankfully!

Thanks, Andrea! Book 2 is Dec and Book 3 is next March. Writing fast as I can, but I've had a family situation that forced me to set aside writing for a while so I could care for a family member. But back at it now!

Carrie, I adore Alistair too! He so needs his own book, and guess what? He's getting it. I've actually written the lion's share of his story, which will be book 3 and comes out next March.

Aww, Andrea, THANK YOU! I somehow missed this whole chain of questions. No idea how. But right now, I'm working on book two, and have most of book 3 done. Book two will be the conclusion of Arend and Jules. Book three is Alistair's book! I adore him, my unlikely hero. :) I've not yet contracted books 4&5 but am also working on those. Thanks for the wonderful words!

Somehow I never saw this! Thank you so much more! Books two and three are scheduled for Dec and next March. I know, I know it's a bit of a wait. But I'm doing my best to write the most rewarding books possible! Thanks for loving the series!!

All the books I've reviewed or rated are right in my profile, visible, aren't they? They should be. I haven't been on here long, so I don't have a huge library up yet. Let me know if that works.

Wow! What a great question. I do hope to do so. I have a plot outline for that book, but got very sidelined by some things in my "real" life. For now, I'm focusing on this new Noble Pleasures series, but it's great to hear that readers still want more Forces of Nature!

The more immersed I am in the world I've created and am creating, the more I inspired I am. I'm tapped into a vein, so to speak, and it all hums for me. The more disconnected I become from the work and the world, the harder the inspiration is to find. Basically? The more I can write at least something every day, the easier it goes for me. When I allow the flow to dry up, starting it anew is far harder.

Interestingly, the idea for this story developed out of a novella I wrote in 2006 and completely forgot. Last year, I discovered it, saved in the wrong folder on my laptop and thought, "Hmm. The story I wrote no longer intrigues me. But the antagonist's story does." And the story evolved and spun out, becoming something that had nothing to do with the original novella (which I won't ever publish!)
