What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Philip Nork Actually all of my books are plotted from my life. They are all based on my experiences and mysteries can be found and answered in all of them. Who am I, where did I come from, why do I do the things I do- all of these, plus many more questions have been answered in my books.

What's your current work in progress?

Philip Nork I just started researching about an old harness racing scandal from Chicago, Illinois that involved illegal drugs to used to make the horses run faster longer. It happened back in the early 1980's and hopefully will be interesting enough to write about. I am interviewing a few of the people involved and how it affected their lives.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Philip Nork My newest release, This House is a Home, is a fiction based story about my grandfather's family who were coal miners in a small town in Southern Illinois. All of my books have this common theme: You never know when a person will enter your life and broaden your horizons forever.
