Keep writing. The more you write, the better at it you will get. It also helps to think about the books you're reading. If you like a book, think about what it is you like about it. If you don't like a book, think about what you dislike. The more you actively consider these things, the more likely it is, when you write, that you'll draw on the techniques you like and avoid the mistakes that made you dislike other people's books.
