I have a list of books pending dealing with web site development and Windows programming. I also want to read the book I bought some time ago on Microsoft Word.

I just let the story sit and simmer. It might take a day or a week but the answer eventually materializes as if out of nowhere. I think about the issue as often as I can to make it a priority for my subconscious to figure out. Eventually, something emerges from the depths of my grey matter and the writing can continue.

The joy of knowing that others have read and liked my novels. I'm a storyteller at heart (all humans are) and having someone read what I've published is a huge thrill for me.

Don't give up! Read heavily in your chosen genre. Make sure you have the proper skills by reading books on how to write. Don't just read them - study them. Be willing to listen to feedback without taking it personally. Don't quit your day job - sales can be high one week and tank the next for no apparent reason. No writer is perfect - seek feedback.

I am currently finishing up on Peacekeeper 2 which is the 5th book in the Galactic Alliance series. It's sort of a spin-off in the last third of the series.

I start with a single idea and let it grow into an entire novel. If I'm stuck, I just let the story simmer for awhile and an answer appears. The human brain is a wonderful tool!

Peacekeeper 2 (in the final editing stages at this time) answers a lingering question from Peacekeeper - What happens as the close relationship between Lashpa and Tom continues to grow? This book answers that question. There is, of course, a problem to solve involving a powerful battleship but I'll leave that part for you to discover when you read the book.
