Mental health is a topic that is very close to my heart. With the popularity of social media and the negative impact it has on young minds (e.g., comparisons, cyber bullying), it was important for me to put something into the world to counter the toxicity with positivity. Everyone is capable of being kind and I don't think it's ever too early to instill this value into our children. Coupled with my love for dogs, I wanted to share this value through the lens of some sweet pups! Best of all, I have committed ALL net proceeds from this book toward an animal rescue. I hope you'll join me on my mission to spread kindness and help animals!
