I love writing, even though there are many times that it is difficult due to lack of alone time to write or lack of inspiration - when the right words just won't come. It can also be a very lonely career. All of that is forgotten though the second a child tells you they loved your book, or you come across a wonderful review telling the world how much someone enjoyed it. For me, knowing that people are getting pleasure or inspiration from my books is the best thing about being a writer.
