Joanna Chambers Hi - yes there will! Simon is working on it just now and we're hoping to have it out this summer : )
Joanna Chambers Hi Anna - I gave this story away free to newsletter subscribers recently - I have a gift code for you so you can grab a copy - please email me at authorjoannachambers@gmail.com and I'll send you the code and website link where you can download your copy. Joanna x
Joanna Chambers Hi Nori - thanks for the kind words <3 In all honesty, too much of my writing is done while enjoying a glass of red wine, lol ;-) As for the Wolf books... I don't know, to be honest. The Capital Wolves books were originally conceived very much as a duology, one book in Lindsay's POV and one in Drew's (in fact, my project name for the books was initially "Two" and everything was supposed to be about 2s, pairs, duelling things etc.). However, I did really love writing in that world... One thing I'd love to know is whether readers would be more interested in reading about other characters in that universe (poor Wynne should really get a HEA) or if they'd rather read more Lindsay and Drew e.g. in another time period, maybe the 1890s or the 1920s?
Joanna Chambers Hi Anna - sorry I just saw this! Apologies for delay in responding. Thank you for the kind words. As regards The Dream Alchemist, I don't have any current plans to write a sequel. I had originally planned one, however, not long after that book came out, the publisher I was with at the time got into difficulties and I had a period of uncertainty which threw me off. The publisher eventually went under and I got the rights back and self-published, but by then I had moved onto to other projects. I might go back to it one day, though...
Joanna Chambers Hi V - sorry I just saw this. I'm glad you enjoyed Unforgivable : ) I actually revised this book in 2022 and the updated version does have an epilogue now. If therefore you read this as an ebook and your device is set up to allow updates, you should be able to access the version with the epilogue <3
Joanna Chambers Hi Chris - I'm embarrassed to admit that that has been on the 'to do' list for a while - finding the time to get round to it is challenging. I have a very long list of these sorts of jobs, none of which take very long but all of them seem to get stuck behind more urgent things. However, I will treat your question as a kick in the rear on this particular task!
Joanna Chambers Thank you so much for the kind words, Rana! There are more to come, don't worry. The next book will be a contemporary but I'm also working on George's book (Enlightenment 6). I think historical will always be my main genre.
Joanna Chambers I'm afraid I don't currently have any plans to release the 4th or 5th books in the series in audio.
Joanna Chambers Hello Lidón and thanks for your message. Yes, Unforgivable will be up again soon. I'm updating it and putting it out with a new cover as the first book in a 3 book series. I hope to have it out quite soon - ideally in a few weeks. You can read more about what the plan is in my FB Group here:

https://m.facebook.com/groups/3879738...

In short, the changes are mainly required to bring it and the second book (one I got the rights back on recently) into line with one another in terms of timelines.
Joanna Chambers Hi Laura - the plan is for two more. I've got a book 6 outlined with Jake Sharp and Simon Reid and then George's book. Currently working on another series just now though :-) Joanna
Joanna Chambers I'm kind of intrigued to see what I make of TSL when I read it again! It's been a long while! If you remember, the h of TSL has a brother who is the real earl so he will be the hero of #3 with Gil's brother as the other hero of #3 (Gil only has one brother). Unforgivable will be #1 in the timeline, with TSL as #2 so we will see Gil and Rose enjoying their HEA in both #2 and #3 - something many readers of Unforgivable have wanted to see more of! So, sort of sequelish there - and maybe more, who knows.
Joanna Chambers Hi Preeti - sorry it took me a while to answer - I don't visit GR very often :-)

I'm so glad you enjoyed Unforgivable - it's one of those books that seems to be a bit 'love or hate it' :-)

I think I probably will write MF again, but it probably won't result in any new books for a few years as I have quite a few things in the pipeline already and I am also quite a slow writer... However, I do have another MF in my backlist that you may not have read and that I will be re-releasing very soon. It's my first published novel which came out in 2011 with Carina Press - they changed the title I wanted to "The Lady's Secret" (it's listed here on GR). I got the rights back recently so I'll be rereleasing that under a new title (since I've always HATED the title - and the cover - that they gave it). I will be re-editing it first though as the new version will be linked to Unforgivable in its new form and there will be a third and final book in addition which will be a romance between Gil's brother from Unforgivable (if you remember him) and the brother of the heroine in the other book.
Joanna Chambers Hello! So glad you liked the duet :-)

To be honest, I'm not sure, but there is a possibility of me revisiting Wynne/Marguerite/Alys again - though I have multiple ideas as to how things may play out for those characters, so it would need some thought.
Joanna Chambers Hi Preeti - thanks for the kind words :-) <3

I'm not sure exactly when, but I would think so at some stage! I have one female character in my current pair of M/M romances who may need her own book - we'll see. Best, Joanna
Joanna Chambers Hi Alicia - I did really love writing those characters with Annika, and yes, we did discuss a potential sequel but at this point, we have no set plans as to when we might write it. In short, yes it's a possibility but I can't give you any ETA, I'm afraid!
Joanna Chambers Sorry, I missed this question when first posted - I presume you found it again? The story was briefly offline when the Pronoun platform closed and I had to migrate my books to D2D, however, it's readily available now :-)
Joanna Chambers Hi Kate - I'm so glad you love them - I do too <3 The door is definitely open for a sequel but I have to admit it's not an active project. Watch this space!
Joanna Chambers Oh, not at all! I'm glad you found it. And you're not going mad: it did disappear for a few days when I migrated it from Pronoun to D2D. Unfortunately it took Amazon ages to price match it so it was only just recently that it showed up as free there - hope you got it free!
