I am a big fan of NPR and I listened to a news story that talked about how important rest is in your life. The story talked about how stress depletes your energy and your direction. I have found this to be true. So I rest when I feel blocked and I treat myself to things that I enjoy doing. The relaxation helps to open up my inspiration and the joy/laughter really ignites it.

It actually came from my mentor. He suggested I consider a military drama and Always Ready was born. I also partnered with my nephew who happens to be in the Coast Guard and his knowledge of special forces has been amazing.
