Jane Stubbs Strangely enough i was washing my car. I don't do it very often. I believe that like children they are designed to tolerate a certain amount of mud.

I planned to sell the car and was busy working out what to do if someone wanted to take it on a test drive. Should i just let him take the car? Should i go with him?
Jane Stubbs I don't think you can work at getting inspired. An idea or a character pops into my head and i have to run with it. After that it is a question of arranging as much time as possible to sit at my desk with my laptop.
As my novels are set in the past i have a good excuse to read about the period and the people of the time.
