How do you deal with writer’s block?

Cathy Walker I never try to force it. I just go about my day as normal, maybe spend extra time at the barn with the animals. If nothing comes to me, then when I go to bed at night, I relax and start thinking about my characters and plot, that usually solves the problem of writer's block.
