My son suffers from anxiety that has gotten worse recently. I've started to write a story about worries and anxiety and how a character will deal with that. I'm hoping this will be a story that young children can connect with and know that they are not alone in dealing with this issue.

The Fox & the Snowman was inspired by a dream. I had this dream of a red fox roaming around all alone and then one day he stumbles upon a snowman and they become companions for a time.
