N.D. Jones Hi Carol:

Thank you for the question. My books are on Amazon, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, iTunes--basically all major online booksellers. Here's a link to my Amazon author page, if interested. http://author.to/NDJonesAmazonAuthorPage

If you have any other question, please ask.

Take care,

N.D. Jones Black Panther (King T'Challa) and Storm (Ororo Munroe). They are no longer a couple in the Marvel Universe, but Reginald Hudlin wrote their relationship fairly well, depicting a great amount of love and respect between the two powerhouses.
N.D. Jones The best advice I can give an aspiring writer is to be patient with self, perfect their craft, and cultivate grit and perseverance. Above all else, a writer must believe in their capacity to become a great author.
N.D. Jones “Of Beasts and Bonds” is the second book in my Death and Destiny trilogy, so there was no question I would continue with the series when I finished “Of Fear and Faith.” In fact, the reason I have a trilogy is because I wrote one hellishly long story a few years back, just for fun. When I thought about turning the work into a bona fide novel, I knew it was far too long for a single work. I’m not J.K. Rowling and this isn’t the Harry Potter series. Most people don’t want to read a 600+ page book by an author, least of all an unknown author. So I divided my very rough draft into three manageable parts. For the most part, I stayed true to my draft for “Of Fear and Faith.” For “Of Beasts and Bonds,” I kept most of the ideas but essentially started from scratch, adding, for example, more supporting characters and some kickass scenes of magic. As I mentioned earlier, I’m going to have a new series, which will be a sequel to Death and Destiny. The new series will focus on many of the supporting characters from the trilogy. When readers read “Of Beasts and Bonds” they’ll get a few hints at possible future romantic pairings.
N.D. Jones Fortunately, I’ve haven’t experienced extreme writer’s block. I’ve never been unable to write at all. I have, however, had the experience of having good plot points without enough ideas to pull them together to make a quality novel. That’s where I find myself with my Winged Warriors novella series. There’s a third and final book in the series I have yet to write. I have notes, main characters, even a solid working title, but not enough to flesh out something I would want to publish. After I write the last book in the Death and Destiny trilogy, my plan is to sit down and go over my old notes for the novella. My hope is that, with the passage of time since I last focused on the would-be book, I’ll be able to approach the story with new eyes and fresh ideas. We’ll see.
N.D. Jones Hey Gisele:

My plan is to offer ARC's very soon to those who read and liked "Of Fear and Faith." That will occur late May or early June. The second book is entitled "Of Beasts and Bonds," and it turned out to be much longer than I originally intended. I'll see how readers respond to the longer work.

I'll do a pre-order promotion. I've already arranged a release day blitz and a three-week blog tour for the new novel. Hope all goes well. Thanks for the question.
N.D. Jones The best thing about being a writer is the ability to write a story that I would want to read. I love books, but there is always something I wish an author had included, omitted, or written differently. When I write, I have absolute power to craft a story the way I want it to be told. If nothing else, there will always be at least one person who will enjoy what I've written.
N.D. Jones I'm working on the second installment of my Death and Destiny Trilogy.
