Hi Logan,
Thanks for the question :)
Yes, both The Ember Child and Wolfeater (along with the companion novellas The Scars of Jorn Redclaw and Glories Gone) are set in the same universe.
There's actually already a couple of crossovers buried in there, but there will be plenty more in the future. I've got quite a few books planned in now, and though there will be some series and standalones along the way, there will be an overarching plot running through them all, tying things together. Think the Marvel Cinematic Universe but with less superheroes and more swords and sandals.

Hi Kemery. Thanks for reaching out. I'm glad you're enjoying The Ember Child! An audiobook version is definitely in my plans, but it might be a while off.
I'll be releasing two shorter books this year that act as extensions to Wolfeater and add a bit more flesh to the world of Domanska, and I think they'll get the audio treatment first. But I'm currently working on the two sequels to The Ember Child, and I'll probably tackle the audio for those as a whole, closer to the completion of the trilogy.

Hi Anna,
I know you've found me on Twitter now, @oldmanmitchell, but just wanted to say thanks again for the kind words - and for the review!
The sequel to "The Ember Child" is probably a while off, as I've decided to put it on hold while I focus on two stand-alone projects. It helps that "The Ember Child" is quite a self-contained story, but I decided if I was going to stick to self-publishing I wanted to build my back-catalogue up a bit more, to attract more readers, and I'm hoping a couple of stand-alones will help me do that. The dream is still to find an agent and publisher though, so I'm also hoping the stand-alones will improve my chances at that.
Don't fret though, all these projects are set in the same world as "The Ember Child", with the occasional cross-over character, and I'll be returning to the Godsbane trilogy straight after. Whatever happens though, my next book will be out later this year.
I'll keep posting progress updates on Twitter and my website(storiesfromthecave.com), so please do follow and stay in touch.
Cheers,
Tony
