Hi Warren - I'd probably go for Terry Pratchett, not because he's the best author but because he references many of the best authors, his writing is funny and exciting and his oeuvre is huge.
Food-wise, I'd cheat and go for mezze (lots of variety). Music would be difficult mainly because I love variation. I'd pick David Bowie for that reason.

Hi Riffi, sorry for the late reply! I have tried to have a routine, but life tends to get in the way. I find "dead" time very useful; time spent on trains and buses, that half an hour before bed and whenever I'm forced to wait for anything. It's surprising how much you can get done inbetween everything else.
