Just from knowing about the power of words. I saw so many people who were damaging their own lives or the lives of their children with their mouth. Then they would wonder why this happened or that happened and they never tied the two things together. I have been guilty myself sometimes, we all have but when you are conscious of it you can fix things and adjust things and thereby adjust your life. My desire is for people to have life, REAL LIFE and a good life and if they knew how much words affect their life they would guard their tongues all the time. So I know that one of the reasons people don't do it is because when they say something, nothing "seems" to happen immediately most of the time. So they just keep saying negative things. So I said what if there was a place where your words had immediate effect. I wrote it in hopes that it will make people at least give thought to what they are saying. One of the main things my beta-readers said from the first to the last is that after reading the book, it made them more conscious and guarded about what they were saying. I hope that happens for all people who desire to see good in life.

Many things inspire me, but I lot of times things I see. In terms of poetry I can write about anything. It is a gift or grace. But I am also inspired to help people understand the truth about things versus the lies about things. There are so many things that exist as lies, and that may seem like an oxymoron but it oh so TRUE. Many times people are not aware that they are damaging or sabotaging their own life with their words. This is a lot of what Word World is about. Words have tremendous power. But people have choices and they can choose their words which affect their life.

Right now I am working on a book of poetry inspired by Amish Country in Berlin, Ohio. It has accompanying pictures that I took while I was there and I really like it. Amish country teaches you to SLOW DOWN!!! Enjoy life. Enjoy family. Enjoy good food. Enjoy a great atmosphere. Really excited about it. It will be short and sweet. I already have notes and ideas on Book 2 of the Dabar Series for Word World.

Just do it!!! -Nike Just write-Vincent Don't worry about quality at first you can always refine and rewrite but get the story out the frame and core of what you desire to say or express. JUST WRITE!!! Don't listen to too much advice it can dampen YOU being YOU!

The best thing about being a writer to me is the joy of creating something. I have a real love for this story in particular but I have written a lot of screenplays as well. I really enjoy writing simple rhyme poetry and it comes very easy for me. I have 4 books of poetry and am working on one now that was inspired by and a lot of the poems were written while in Amish Country in Berlin, Ohio. I absolutely enjoy it there. One of my favorite places to visit. Writing is also very therapeutic and I believe everyone should do it as it improves mental and physical health I believe.

I honestly do not really deal with writers block. I learned a long time ago as a video creator/editor that the video or story is already in me and I just have to take the time and allow it to fully come out. And sometimes it takes a while, in the case of Word World, 5 years. So I see myself as a bookshelf and I go and reach into myself and pull a book off a shelf and write it.
