You too, Kathryn! I'm excited to spend time with family. My husband cooks a great turkey. :-)

I never could convince myself to give Daisy a whole book of her own. I was afraid readers wouldn't forgive her for how she treated Ivy in Never Marry a Marquess. But I do mention along the way that she married a barrister and has a number of children, so I did give her a happily-ever-after, in a way. Thanks for asking!

Thank you for the offer! I am currently blessed with a wonderful editor, but I will keep you in mind should that change. Merry Christmas!

Cintia--my apologies for seeing this so late! I hope you are still writing. Yes, manuscripts are rejected, but that doesn't mean yours will be. And if it's rejected once or twice or eighteen times, the next time might be the charm. You also don't have to go to a traditional big publisher anymore. There are smaller presses hungry for authors, and there is self-publishing. I know how easy it is to get depressed. I might have dozens of good reviews, and then I see one poor one and feel bad for days. (One of the reasons I sometimes avoid Goodreads ;-)). If industry news stops you from writing, stop reading industry news until the book's done. You can always catch up later (and you'll have missed some of the drama). Our writing muses can be shy, easily frightened things. Focus on feeding them (writing, doing things that encourage your creativity and positivity). Hope this helps!
