I know this may be a bit unconventional, but with three daughters, I really enjoyed "Christian Dating" by Jackson Maxwell. It spoke honestly about the struggles of dating and maintaining a relationship without shoving religion. I gave it to my 16-year-old to read, and she enjoyed it. There are even sections to make notes.
I also enjoyed the "RV Cooking and Camping Cookbook." Don't let the title throw you. You don't need an RV to make any recipe in this book. I rarely like most of the recipes in a cookbook, but this book was jam-packed with delicious, simple recipes. If you're looking for nutrition information, it doesn't have that, but this gem should not be overlooked.
Of course, just for fun, I reread Jeaniene Frost's series Once Burned because it's awesome!
