I read what I write, Cozy Mysteries. I've downloaded a small stack of free books onto my Kindle. That allows me to discover new authors I'll enjoy reading. I'm currently reading Progressive Dinner Deadly by Elizabeth Craig.

Working on finishing my 7th Arbor Vale Mystery, Vengeance is Mine. Only a few thousand words to go. Zita and Zinnia are in the midst of mayhem and murder as usual.

What a great question. I just did one of those DNA tests. Results were basically European. The history of both my grandfathers is sketchy at best. One came to the U.S. illegally through Canada as a young boy. All I know is he was born in Austria. My other grandfather is thought to be Prussian. I'd love to write about mysterious relatives or possibly an inheritance in another country.

I love being able to have a second life with my characters. I can have so many exciting adventures and still share so many parts of my real life with readers. I really enjoy connecting with my readers.

The working title is "Deceitful Charm and Vain Beauty". It takes place on a Transatlantic cruise from England to New York.

I do have a favorite place to write, Little Creek Coffee Company in Arbor Vitae WI. A very creative environment to work. Having a book signing there this Thursday December 18th 10-1.

My characters are on a cruise. It is based on events during a cruise I took, minus the murders ;-) I hope to have it finished by the first of the year.
