I don't have writer's block because I don't sit down to an empty page without having the idea of a scene in my head. Advice I've given to others is to start writing down words ... words will turn into phrases and phrases into sentences into ideas ... etc. The process can be inspiring.

I'm working on a story that takes place in Colorado at a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community). My new characters are Beryl Fishen (age 83) and Nadine Rodd (age 78). The idea came from a short story and, if all goes well, this might be the beginning of another series.
