There are people "out there" that think it's okay and "cool" to troll sites like this and others (Facebook) to try to prove some weird point or to simply bully and hate on people for doing good things, like writing books that can genuinely help people, like I have accomplished.
I learned this first-hand earlier this evening on a simple post to The Walking Dead comics thread dealing with yet another remake for Batman. My comment quickly turned into a genuinely and clearly jealous statement and bashing against me for writing a review of my own book when in fact, yes, I did because from the author, I was simply thrilled to share my experience writing the story and to offer an explanation to my readers of what they can expect from that "tantalizing" tale... WHAT"S WRONG WITH THAT?
A personal and heart-felt message from the author, to everyone... but to this guy on Facebook, he decided my self comment was something like, against the law or who knows what.
He trolled this site, screen captured my book review and posted it "against me" or whatever; completely ignoring the post I wrote on Walking Dead comics thread all together.
So, to answer this question my response is; I DON'T KNOW. It's a wild weird world people. Take Care! :)!

What's "writer's block?" This is crap! If you feel your story, write it! Trust your early instincts, take notes on how the whole process makes you feel on the side, and WRITE!
Re-write, then edit and re-write again. Then have some lunch, walk your dog, tickle your cat, hug your kids and get your butt back to writing!!?!!!

I don't know....I'm too new to answer this question but I'm enjoying every second of the ride I'm on right now; writing what I want and feel and love!

Re-read your favorite books. Write the way your story makes you feel, tell your own story, and embrace your own path...take notes on how these processes make you feel so you can look at them again each time you start a new writing project.
I have (12), so far, new stories "stuck in my head" that I'll get out but all in good time...write what feels right now and be patient about any other stories you might have.
Don't get all caught up in the massive negativity regarding self-publishing...WRITE your story so you have something to share with prospective publisher's and agent's... they are far too used to hearing people say, "...I'm writing a new book..."
Write it! Edit it! Pay to have it edited again! Print it! Get the word out that you have a physical book written and ready for people to read!
Buy the latest copy of The Writer's Market and CAREFULLY, review the requirements of publisher's and send them a copy of your book!

As I'm learning as a new self-published author, it comes and goes but mainly, as soon as I can "see" and sometimes even design the prospective book cover, it triggers my mind to write the story...

My father's spirit continues to "tap me on the shoulder"; that's all I can say and I listen so I'm finishing my final edit for book#1 of a new trilogy I'm writing. If you visit my Facebook page and add me as a friend, you can see all three book covers that I designed.
