(view spoiler)[Chris, your question might be starting out wrong - so lets square this up. No one who has read any part of my stuff says "It has a SciFi feel." It's simply not possible to say that about books who's mission is to merge science and religion (see the reviews here). This is hard scifi with accurate religion, so if I'm still in your targeted answer zone - I'll proceed. Marketing starts with the first word. So you need to follow a few rules before you start to write. 1.) You need to have read some stuff, or be otherwise knowledgeable about the genre. The first part of this message is a hint... 2.) You need to be able to answer the question, "Why should someone buy my book?" 3.) You need to be able to say why YOU are the only author who can produce this work (i.e. - the only survivor of the titanic). 4.) It's best to have an edge - my stuff hinges on an actual belief that has long been held by Christianity and Catholicism, which has impact that's never been examined in the context of the discovery of life in the universe. Also, my books are the very first to have a robot request an eternal destiny, or to fully examine why Satan fell from a new angle based upon what he could see that the lower angels couldn't. The second book is a full tilt invasion of Hell....by robots who are transcendental. I propose that robots are to the 22nd century as the printing press was to the 15th century when it comes to spreading the word of God (consider spirit and opportunity). Hope this helps. If you are just writing stuff to scratch an itch, or as a life time bucket list item, fills amazon with poorly conceived books that have no destiny. Don't be that guy.....
