If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Barbara Lane As I suggested in my book "Broken Water," I often pondered a fictional place where my sisters and I could have grown up - a "never-never-land for the sisters." It's a interesting topic to ponder. How would I describe it? It would be a beautiful cabin at the foot of a wide range of mountains with a crystal clear river flowing in front of it. It would be a magical place where anything we wanted would miraculously appear. Hummmm.

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?
Barbara Lane I'm taking a journey this coming year into the lives of the great mystics. It's an opportunity to ponder the ultimate mystery. I'm beginning with the life of Julian of Norwich-perhaps the first feminist. I'm excited to learn more.
