Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Maureen Pratt I just finished the manuscript to my next book, "Don't Panic! Strength and Courage for All of Life's Crises," which will be out in the Spring of 2016. My idea for the book came from conversations with people around me, and observations about the world in general - there are so many people who are feeling anxious, upset, and, yes, who are panicking! I wanted to write a book that will provide some practical and inspirational advice about what we can do to strengthen ourselves inside and out so we never have to feel like we need to panic again!
