Stephen Cosgrove You ASSUME correctly... Dream Tree is among the current reprints with more on the way. All can be ordered (autographed & embossed) stephencosgrove.com

AND... good for you for giving books to children you care/cared for.
Stephen Cosgrove Gushing is a good thing, especially if you are the gushee. Grampa-Lop is in the list, just disguised a bit as Leo the Lop, Tail Four. I did this originally to give the Leo series within the Serendipity Series a sense of continuity. We are planning to re-release all 4 of the Leo books soon but have not made a decision as to what to title the kindly old flop-earred rabbit.
Stephen Cosgrove Step-by-step all of the Serendipity Books and others are being reprinted (available at stephencosgrove.com)... There are 16 currently with another 8 scheduled for August/September of this year. AND SOS, the song of the sea is now available.
Stephen Cosgrove There was a bit of a battle with Penguin that began with the publishing of Sooty-Foot and the Puddle Pine Paddle Whackers. Sooty-Foot came out first BUT (and this was a big but) they had never sent me a contract AND they released the printing without a blue line for my approval. Normally, this would not have been an unsurmountable problem BUT (there's that word again) they had the illustrations out of order AND there were typos. Sooty-Foot was pulled from the shelves and destroyed. Penguin and I begin discussions in earnest to revert the rights and Puddle Pines was never printed. All that said, the Puddle Pine Paddle Whackers and Sooty-Foot will be released in January. Personalized autographs will be available from stephencosgrove.com.
Stephen Cosgrove Virtualiterature™, a new reading entertainment environment wherein a digital book is produced rather than published. The participant is compelled to read every word but with the subtle seasoning of ambient sound and timed minimized animated events to add to the explosion of images in your mind.
Stephen Cosgrove Put your butt on the chair for 15 minutes EVERY day and write, anything and everything.
Stephen Cosgrove It's like breathing; sometimes you aren't even conscious of the effort -- you simply do it. At other times, it is like stepping outside on the first day of spring and inhaling deeply. The delight of flowers blossoming can nearly drop you to your knees.
Stephen Cosgrove I change the form of writing... instead of working text, I will work outlines, or imapinations which expand the environment of the story.
Stephen Cosgrove I am inspired by most if not all that I see.
At 3:00 every morning i stagger out to my studio waking a bit with each step, each breath. Once inside and upon the stool at my desk, I begin. At first, one finger at a time, I mechanically press the keys, but in short order, the process engages and I am deep into storytelling.
Stephen Cosgrove SOS, the song of the Sea will be released in October (Y/A ecological fantasy). The idea/the creative impetus came from a news feature regarding the beaching of whales of the Atlantic coast. It seemed to give voice to the dolphins and whales of the world.
