I assume writing position. For me, that's in my writing armchair with my lapbook open, with both water and tea on the table next to me, along with dental floss and lip balm. I don't know why dental floss seems like a writing accoutrement, but it does provide a contemplative break.

I'm working on , a book about how American attitudes towards nature have changed in the last 200 years. I'm on Chapter 10 (out of twelve).

I don't think writer's block is a thing with non-fiction, because there's always something I can do to move the book forward. If I don't feel like writing, I can research or fiddle with footnotes, edit or double-check. I can peck away at the mountain of work in a lot of different ways.
