Still working on this one. Taking a day off helps sometimes... Spending time with my husband away from the house, and generally refilling my soul. Also macarons. LOTS of macarons. Salted caramel or pistachio preferably.

Don't give up. I know you are going to get to a point where you hate what you are working on and it seems like crap and everything sucks but push past. Write 500 words a day and don't stop. It will pass. ALSO, spend money on editing. Even if you have to save for it. Good editing saves bad books.

I'm currently working on the second book in the Mrs. Pig & the Words of Power series. It's called CURSED and it follows the climactic events at the end of COVENED.

I live with stories in my head. It's so gratifying to think about the finished product and one day being able to see them printed out and on a shelf somewhere.

My pug, Luna. I was laid up after surgery and my family always narrates her funny little adventures. One day I was joking with my husband and the story was just there! My three dogs are my companions, and it was the most fun thing to write a book where they had parts.
