Cinnamon Square, A Measured Approach is a baking book with a modern take to it. The book promotes precision baking and provides many tips and techniques not found in other baking books. The inspiration to write this came from my own frustration at the existing poor quality baking books available and to desire to share my knowledge and experience with others as I do at my baking school in Rickmansworth, UK.
