Paul Barker Cinnamon Square, A Measured Approach is a baking book with a modern take to it. The book promotes precision baking and provides many tips and techniques not found in other baking books. The inspiration to write this came from my own frustration at the existing poor quality baking books available and to desire to share my knowledge and experience with others as I do at my baking school in Rickmansworth, UK.
Paul Barker It was always an ambition of mine to have a book published and one New Years Eve I announced to friends and family this desire. Little did they expect this to become reality.
