John N. Hewitt The basic thrust of Drone Baloney comes from a news item about a government spy craft falling from the sky and landing in an isolated community. How the recluses deal with the notoriety, official investigations and journalists, is a window on our lives.
John N. Hewitt Mostly from the news. I've worked in various jobs all my life and find that the daily melange of stories is a very fertile source of inspiration.

John N. Hewitt I have always found there is a rhythm to writing, so something others call writer's block is to me simply part of the ebb and flow of creativity. If I go for days without adding anything new to a current story, I don't get anxious. At other times, I will work furiously for days.
