Lawrence Knorr I was initially inspired by family research. I began compiling genealogies and this led to writing family histories. This then led to local and regional history -- and of course - my beloved sport of baseball.

Lawrence Knorr The Joes and I were on one of our road trips to a cemetery in New York when Farrell (I believe) suggested we do something with the Founders of the USA given we had visited so many of their graves as part of Keystone Tombstones or Gotham Graves.
Lawrence Knorr I am currently working on the second volume of Graves of Our Founders with Joe Farrell and Joe Farley. I am also working on another baseball book that involves some obscure players in the Deadball Era.
