Elizabeth, I am Judy Christina and just received 3 of your cookbooks. I want to find a recipe to make my family for Thanksgiving out of your Keto Bread Bakers Cookbook. All of your delicious pan recipes only specify to "put it in the pan" but not the size of pan to use. I am resubmitting question because I ran out of room in other email & want to know how to substitute liq. Stevia w/powdered? Thank you so much.

Apologies for the delay, it is rare that we receive questions here, and I do not check very often. But a very important question :)

8 1/2 X 4 1/4 is a standard load pan and would work for all the breads! Regards to the Stevia replacement, 2 tsp. liquid is equivalent to 1/4 tsp. powdered stevia.

Hi Elizabeth, We just received 2 of your books...A year of fat bombs & Keto bread. The cinnamon swirl bread was fabulous, but the peanut butter explosion didn't turn out the way we think it should have. Is there a step or two missing from the book? Thank you, Kirk & Jeni Briggs kirkout24@yahoo.com

Thank you for the message and really sorry for this! You are correct, this appears to have been one of our 'draft recipes'.. it should not have been in there. I assume it resembled a gooey mess.

I will email you over the correct recipe now and am updating the book at the asap!.

I am flattered by the offer, I really am.

At the moment, I wish to stay in the self-published world a bit longer before potentially working with a traditional publishing house.

I will definitely consider this towards the end of the year though.
