I wouldn’t say mystery, but I’ve had a pretty crazy past as early as childhood. My parents divorced when I was very young, from there, my brother, mother and I, moved every 6 months to 1 year. New schools, new friends, new pain. We went from apartment to apartment and I had even lived in a homeless shelter in the worst parts of a town previously known as the “murder capital of the world”. After finally settling in, I had decided at a very young age to join the US Air Force. I spent nearly 6 years there with multiple deployments and humanitarian aid missions to several countries before transferring to the Army, moving back to Michigan, and starting an entirely new life with a path that I was very unfamiliar, and even uncomfortable with.
A lot came of that; 5 children, divorce, marriage, new jobs, college, and so on. Would love to give any finer details to those interested as even this explanation had been but a block at the tip of the iceberg.
