Honestly, probably none. I love fantasy worlds, but I'm also fond of my creature comforts and would rather not live my days wondering when the next dragon attack would be or if the orcs would raze my village next. Does Narnia have oreos? Does Middle Earth have KFC? No, I didn't think so.
