Cultis Serritis is an urban legend. There is no evidence that such a cult exists or has ever existed. I wouldn’t worry about people in black cloaks meeting in secret to read from the dreaded white book or passing the rarely seen red book on to unsuspecting readers. For that matter, reports of strange manifestations after reading certain passages aloud are probably exaggerated. There are no reported deaths or missing persons, anyways.
