I typically don't have writer's block. Sometimes I get frustrated if an idea doesn't translate well onto the page, but I usually find that putting it aside for a while and working on something else, then coming back to it, lets me see the work fresh. The changes I need to make then become obvious. One of the best things I've found to open up the creative fountain is journaling. Write three long-hand pages of whatever comes to your mind. Do that three mornings in a row and by the fourth your thoughts will be exploding onto the page.
