Hi, Sharon! I do have a third Jo book in mind and hope to get to it one of these days. I've been derailed with my writing due to the pandemic and having had everyone home in the house for two years, doing school and work. I feel like I'm just catching up now! Hopefully, I'll get back in gear when school starts in August.

I got the rights back, and I hope I have some time in the future to indie publish. Just haven't had a chance yet! Sorry about that. I wish Random House had just published it when they were supposed to all those years ago!

I have gotten the rights back from Random House but haven't had time to publish myself. So you can remove it until that's done! I'll let you know when it's ready to be released so you can put it back up, though it likely won't be until sometime in 2017.

Hi again, Livia! Well, I've had two different editors at HarperCollins since I first signed with the publisher in 2002. My first editor (whom I adored and still adore) went to work for Simon & Schuster about seven or eight years ago. My current editor took over the book I had under contract at the time, and I've done a bunch of books with her since then. I adore her, too! So I've been fortunate to work with two wonderful editors at HC throughout my career.

Hi, Livia! I usually have a title in mind when I write a book (well, 90% of the time). Once in a while, the title doesn't come to me until after the book is done. Even then the title only stays if my editor likes it. If she doesn't, I'm asked to think of alternate titles. But it always seems to work out!

I'm in the process of madly finishing up the sixth Debutante Dropout Mystery for HarperCollins. The last book in this series, Too Pretty To Die, came out in 2008 so there've been a lot of years in between (and lots of other books!). But it's been fun to hang out with Andy & Cissy again, and I'm enjoying the silliness and insanity. Say Yes to the Death will be out in September of 2015 for fans of the Deb Dropout books. I am so pleased that HC/Avon wanted to pick up the series where it left off. Good things do come to those who wait!
