I actually just stop writing and trust the process. There have been times when I just couldn't continue with an idea or a book. I've simply left it as a title or unfinished document. Sometimes, I'll come back to it a year later when I'm ready to begin again. Sometimes it's because there's another project that I am meant to work on first.
