Writers block can be soul destroying, but I've found the best way for me is to just free write. No thought process, no overthinking, just write. Sometimes , in fact, most of the time, it ends up being incoherent, but now and again there is a nugget of pure gold that spurs you on. You can't edit a blank page! Another great way for me is to just give myself some time away from thinking about my current project. Switch off from it and put a bit of distance between you and the writing.
