Ey Wade My main project is a book on women and girls of varied races/ethnicity named Valerie. Short and long stories. I like the name and wanted to know what kind of lives a Valerie could live. I shared many of them in my fan group. The ladies got a kick out of them.
I'm confused about multimedia.
Ey Wade I see it as all one thing. I write constantly, mostly by hand and in each tiny space of time, using my annoying habit of rising by 3 to type into laptop.
Ey Wade Helen, I honestly don't have a favorite author. I find it hard to choose. I do know out of all the books I have read, The Giver has been the one which stays on my mind... the concept just blew me away.
Ey Wade I have this set of wooden, multicolored rosary beads (used on original cover) and one day was contemplating the idea of it breaking and how it could never be repaired. During that time I was homeschooling my daughters on history and races and it all seemed to click together. From whence my great statement of belief was developed. “I feel that we as Americans are all equal and held together by a common thread. Like a treasured beaded necklace of different colors held together on a string, we are held together by our necessities and our circumstances and our humanity. Every color helps to make the necklace beautiful. We can never be a totally separate entity! Americans of all colors are so integrated that if we hurt one, we hurt all. Just like that necklace of treasured beads, leave one out and the gap is seen. Break the chain and many of us are lost.”
Ey Wade Cloud watching. Something about the way two clouds touched and seemed to bounce off each other and the following scene came to mind and the story grew from there:
Two clouds, floating ever so slowly through the soft blue sky, one from either direction, moved closer on a path towards collision. Angels, their beautiful song filling the air like a lullaby, sat serenely on separate pillows of softness, gently flapping their enormous wings to deflect the heat of the sun's rays from the cloud's tiny inhabitants

The tiny souls, cuddled within the silken folds, glanced across the gap and in lightening recognition, they reached out. Before their chubby fingers could touch, thunder boomed and a puff from their guardian’s breath blew the clouds apart. Continuing separate but in the same direction, the angels resume their soothing tunes.

Ey Wade Life inspires me.
Ey Wade My newest will be a romance between Paisley MuRong, a Japanese girl with Albinism and a heart disease, the South Indian, Malachi Dae she loves and her over protective parents. It's title When Clouds Touch. http://whencloudstouch.blogspot.com
Ey Wade Write it all down. What you see, what you do, what other people say and do - write it down.
Ey Wade The best thing is the freedom to write whatever comes to mind and the ability to solve some of realities problems by giving them to a character and "fixing" their life.
Ey Wade Usually, I'm working on more than one project and if I get a block on one, I move to the next and back again when inspiration hits.
