Jenny Sullivan I've never had it. However, another author gave a group I was part of a way of coping. It might work... Begin a story by writing the last paragraph and work back from there until you get to the beginning. I tried this just for fun and got a good short story out of it. Another way of just getting started is to use " Once upon a time", carry on to the end and then find your beginning a paragraph or so in!
Jenny Sullivan The spin-off: going into schools and colleges and working with children and adults, helping them to write. I have a PhD in creative writing, and it's great to give other people encouragement.

Jenny Sullivan I was inspired by Bake Off on TV - though the book has nothing at all to do with the TV programme!
